English Hub Bhilai is an English language training centre at Beside Ferns and Petals, near street 10, Nehru Nagar West, Vidya Vihar Colony, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490020. We offer IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo, spoken English, and personality development coaching, along with study visa guidance.

When you fill a form, create an account, or enrol, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, course of interest, and any message you send us.

When you pay online, our payment partner collects card, UPI, or net-banking details on its own secure page. We receive a payment status, transaction reference, amount, and the name and contact details you enter at checkout. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.

If you use the student area, we also keep your enrolment, course access, and profile details so you can sign in and continue your course.

We use this information to reply to enquiries, confirm enrolment, deliver classes and study material, send payment receipts, and support your account.

We may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp about the course you asked about, a payment, or a batch change. We do not sell your personal information.

Online course fees are collected through ICICI Bank’s payment gateway. The gateway processes the transaction under its own security and privacy terms. We use the payment result only to confirm your order, issue a receipt, and activate your enrolment.

We share information with service providers who help us run the website and the centre: our payment gateway, email delivery, and hosting. They receive only what they need to perform that work.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our students, staff, or the institute from fraud or misuse.

The website uses essential cookies and local storage so you can stay signed in and the site can remember a session. We do not use these to sell advertising profiles.

We keep enquiry and enrolment records for as long as needed to deliver the course, handle refunds, and meet accounting and tax requirements. You can ask us to correct your contact details at any time.

We use access controls on student and admin accounts and rely on the payment gateway for card data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please use a current browser and keep your login private.
