Terms of Use

English Hub Bhilai, at Beside Ferns and Petals, near street 10, Nehru Nagar West, Vidya Vihar Colony, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh 490020, provides classroom and online coaching for IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo, spoken English, and personality development, and guidance related to study visas.

Course descriptions, batch timings, and fees shown on the website can change. The fee and batch confirmed at the time of payment, or in writing by the centre, are the ones that apply to your enrolment.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, phone number, and email you provide, and for keeping your password private. Activity under your account is treated as yours unless you tell us the account was misused.

Course fees are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by ICICI Bank’s payment gateway. A payment is complete only when we receive a successful confirmation from the gateway.

If a payment fails or is marked pending, do not assume you are enrolled. Contact the centre with the transaction reference before attempting to pay again. Refunds and cancellations are covered in the Refund and Cancellation policy.

Batch schedules, faculty, and mode of class (centre or online) may be adjusted for academic or operational reasons. We will offer a reasonable alternative batch when a published batch cannot run.

Notes, recordings, and practice material are for your personal study. You may not copy, resell, or share them publicly.

Coaching is designed to prepare you. We do not guarantee an exam score, university admission, or visa approval. Those decisions are made by the exam body, the institution, or the relevant authority.

Fees charged by exam bodies, universities, or visa authorities are separate from institute course fees unless we say otherwise in writing.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another student’s account, or interfere with payments. We may suspend access if an account is used in a way that harms other students, staff, or the institute.

To the extent allowed by law, the institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, a class delay, or a third-party decision on an exam, admission, or visa. Our responsibility for a paid course is limited to the fee you paid us for that course.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Durg, Chhattisgarh.
