Refund and Cancellation

If you cancel in writing within 3 days of a successful payment, and you have not attended a class or received course material, we will refund the course fee in full.

Send the request from the email or phone number used at checkout, and include your name, course, and payment or order reference.

Once you have attended a class or course material has been shared, the course fee is not refundable. You may request one transfer to a later batch of the same course, subject to seat availability, if you write to us before the batch you want has started.

If English Hub cancels a batch and cannot place you in another suitable batch of the same course, we will refund the course fee you paid us for that enrolment.

If money is debited but the payment is not confirmed, or you are charged twice for the same enrolment, contact us with the transaction reference. After the bank or payment gateway confirms the extra debit, we will refund the duplicate or unsuccessful amount in full.

A pending payment is not a confirmed enrolment. Wait for the status to update, or contact the centre, before paying again.

Exam fees, university fees, and visa charges paid to a third party are not collected as institute course fees and are not refundable by us.

A batch transfer is not a cash refund. If a discounted or partial fee was agreed in writing, the refund is limited to the amount you actually paid us.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and the payment gateway usually take 7 to 10 working days after we approve the refund to credit the amount. We will email you when the refund is initiated.
